Dear Families and Students,

Welcome to the start of the 2023-2024 school year. I hope you’ve been able to enjoy your summer and get energized for the exciting learning and fun ahead.

I am so honored to work with the caring families, supportive educators, and this welcoming community of Bennington. We will make memories that last a lifetime, build extraordinary educational opportunities for each student, and grow together.

At Pierce, we do what is best for kids and emphasize academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning, to continue to achieve our mission and vision. This will be my first year as principal at Pierce School, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to get to know each of you and engage in the educational process together. The elementary school years are the foundation of student development, and I look forward to partnering with you to make this year successful. I am a lifelong educator who brings a commitment to students and families with a love of learning, problem-solving, and a passion for rigor. I look forward to building lasting relationships with every member of the Pierce School community.
